Description: The goal of this seminar is to provide information,
techniques, skills and opportunity for women cyclists interested in
developing their cycling knowledge and ability. The highlights of
this seminar will include:
* Knock down the Barriers to Cycling - Developing a Lifestyle
* Down and Dirty - Learn maintenance basics to keep you rolling
* Get Fit! - Understanding the value of Professional Bicycle Fit
* Turning Greek into plain ol' English - understanding frame
geometry, design and materials - shop with confidence and knowledge!
* Getting to the Core of It! - Understand core strength, its'
impact on your cycling, and how to improve your core strength
* Train and Ride Like a Pro - learn how to set up an effective
training schedule to help push you to the next level in your riding.
Practice on the bike riding skills.
* Daily rides designed to meet and , if you choose, challenge your
abilities.
* Tips on developing a Women's Riding Network in your area
* Professional Bike Fittings by appointment

* Thursday, May 8 - Arrival - check in is 2pm. Please arrive by

* Your Cycling Clothes, shoes (we will ride 3 times)
* Casual Street Clothes
* All of your questions regarding cycling that you ever wanted to
have answered
* A joke, ghost story, folklore or gossip for the bonfire
* Swim Suit (hotel has an indoor pool and whirlpool)
Arrival Time:
Hotel check-in is 2pm. Feel free to come early and explore the town
or take a ride. Both are wonderful experiences.
Seminar begins at 5pm at he Serotta Cycling Center
Departure Time:
Hotel check-out is 12:00noon. Lunch is served at the Serotta Cycling
Center followed by a debriefing session. Seminar officially ends at
1:00pm.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days before the Seminar. Funds
will be refunded minus a $125 non-refundable processing fee. After
April 8, 2003 no refunds will be made.
